The ROITECH double-deck screen was successfully installed at the Tretyakovskaya central processing plant. The equipment is designed for washing waste from magnetite after SCR and is designed for a capacity of 300 tons per hour. The key advantage of ROITECH screens is the minimal need to modernize metal structures to install the screen, the ability to use quickly replaceable sieves and removable screens, as well as the unification of vibration exciters between screens with different configurations.
The equipment was successfully put into operation and brought to the stated technological indicators. In the summer of 2024, two more double-deck screens manufactured by ROITECH will be delivered to the factory.
